Your Role
- High-Profile Litigation: Handle complex employment litigation matters, including ERISA disputes, for top-tier clients across a range of industries, including finance and private capital.
- Strategic Counsel: Provide strategic legal advice to clients while representing them in court, managing depositions, and drafting motions and briefs.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with senior attorneys in a collaborative setting to navigate intricate legal issues while building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Client Interaction: Build relationships with clients, guiding them through complex employment litigation cases with tailored advice and advocacy.
Who You Are
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment and ERISA litigation, preferably from a reputable firm or with a strong background in complex litigation.
