🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Employment Litigation – Defend employers in discrimination, wage & hour, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
- Advisory & Compliance – Counsel clients on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Healthcare & Fortune 500 Defense – Represent top institutions in labor and employment matters.
- Administrative Proceedings – Handle matters before the EEOC, DOL, and other regulatory bodies.
- Contract & Policy Review – Draft and negotiate employment agreements, severance packages, and workplace policies.
- Workplace Investigations – Conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, harassment, and discrimination claims.
✔ Who You Are
- 3 years of employment law experience, preferably on the defense side.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
