Your Role
- Liability Defense Expertise: Focus on handling complex liability cases, including construction accidents, property damage, and other general liability matters.
- Independent Case Management: Manage cases from start to finish, including initial investigation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Work in a team-oriented environment with access to roundtable discussions and motion support from a dedicated writing department.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic legal counsel and representing their best interests in litigation.
Who You Are
- Experienced Liability Attorney: 7–30 years of experience in insurance defense, specifically focusing on liability, construction accidents, and general liability defense.
