What You’ll Do
📌 Estate & Tax Planning – Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax minimization, and trust structuring.
📌 Trust & Estate Administration – Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
📌 Complex Transactions – Draft and negotiate wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents while addressing unique client needs.
📌 Client Representation – Provide tailored legal solutions to individuals, families, and business owners, working closely with financial advisors and tax professionals.
📌 Litigation Support – Assist in estate and trust disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, and tax controversies.
Who You Are
✔ 2–5 years of experience in tax law, trust, and estate planning.
✔ Active NJ law license (NY license preferred).
✔ JD from an accredited law school with a strong dedication to mastering your craft.
