Your Role

· Manage Complex Litigation Cases: Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including insurance claims, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour issues, and workplace disputes.

· Lead Insurance Litigation Disputes: Manage diverse cases, from pleadings to trial, focusing on insurance disputes and employment-related claims.

· Case Strategy & Client Advocacy: Develop and execute strategic litigation plans while advocating for clients in all stages of the process.
