Your Role : Corporate Transactions Associate
- Managing and advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and contracts.
- Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice to clients on business and legal matters.
- Collaborating with senior partners on high-profile cases involving high-net-worth clients and corporations.
