Your Role : Corporate Transactions Associate

• Managing and advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and contracts.
• Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice to clients on business and legal matters.
• Collaborating with senior partners on high-profile cases involving high-net-worth clients and corporations.
• Contributing to the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit by taking initiative and driving client success.
