Key Responsibilities:
- Lead insurance coverage and defense cases, overseeing litigation from start to finish, and managing key legal issues for clients in a variety of industries.
- Engage in high-level negotiations, representing clients in settlement discussions, mediations, and arbitrations to reach favorable resolutions.
- Draft and file motions, including dispositive motions, and prepare briefs for oral arguments in court.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely updates and managing expectations regarding case progress.
