Insurance Defense Trial Associate - Salary up to $200k - Hybrid - Houston

Role:
Insurance Defense Trial Associate
Case Strategy & Litigation – Handle insurance cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, as well as preparing for depositions, mediations and trials.
Client & Industry Engagement – Work directly with global insurers and providing legal counsel on policy coverage, cases involving catastrophic personal injury, insurance coverage, intellectual property, trade secrets, oil and gas, product defects, commercial disputes, arbitration and mediation, and employment discrimination
Collaboration & Professional Development – Partner with senior attorneys and firm leadership to develop litigation strategies, participate in mentorship opportunities, and gain multi-jurisdictional experience through the firm’s national presence.
Salary and benefits:

Requirements:
- 2 year litigation & trial experience
- Excellent research and writing skills
