Your Role:
⚖️ Insurance Defense Associate
👴 2 years' experience
📚 Personal Injury experience
➢ Manage diverse insurance defense caseload from inception to resolution
➢ Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings and briefs
➢ Collaborate with clients and experts on claims investigation and evidence gathering
➢ Provide timely client updates and strategic legal advice
➢ Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations and trials
