- Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation matters in federal and state courts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients on competition law counseling and compliance strategies.
- Assist in responding to regulatory investigations and inquiries.
- Develop case strategies and manage discovery processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of antitrust trends and developments
- Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 3 Years Commercial Litigation experience with Antitrust experience
- Strong writing and research abilities
- Up to $200k base salary
- No set billable hour requirements – Bonuses based on performance
