Your Role
- Client Management: Lead complex commercial litigation cases, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing legal strategies, and overseeing the execution of business litigation matters.
- Litigation Leadership: Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Research & Drafting: Handle sophisticated legal research and draft critical litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Who You Are
- Experienced Litigator: 10 years of experience in commercial and business litigation, with a preference for larger firm backgrounds.
Compensation & Benefits
