Our client, a luxury real estate firm and property management company in California, is looking for a talented Designer & Copywriter to join their team.
Job Description
In this dynamic role, you'll combine creative design skills with compelling copywriting to develop impactful marketing materials and communications across various platforms.
- Create visually appealing designs while developing engaging copy for marketing materials, digital content, and brand communications
- Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for various marketing channels including websites, social media, and print materials
- Design and develop visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Present design concepts and copy recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends and copywriting best practices
Location : Remote
Duration : 3 months
Hours / wk : 12-15hrs / week
Hourly Rate : $45 / hr
This will be a W2 Engagement
