Job Description :
The primary role of the Sr. Creative Strategy Manager is to partner with key business stakeholders, the internal brand & creative team, and external agencies (as needed) to steward the development and execution of creative assets that deliver on business goals from driving acquisition to building awareness of the brand. This person will primarily lead efforts in support of our Partnerships (e.g. Golden State Warriors, Live Nation) and our promotional events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and nurture strong relationships with business partners (e.g. the Partnerships team), creative team, brand strategy, project management, production and growth marketing.Drive the development and execution of internal creative projects including but not limited to developing briefs; providing inspiration, clarity and strategic input to the creative team; writing and disseminating meeting recaps; developing holistic launch / communication plans.Identify and collaborate with teams across the organization for each workstream, as needed - e.g. product, site operations / merchandising, paid media, etc. Build bridges and drive consensus across the cross-functional team to get to the best ideas and results.Work closely with business partners to : develop clear briefs; understand success metrics and results from key initiatives and create a feedback loop with the creative team; ideate on initiatives.Partner closely with Project Management to continuously optimize how we work within our teams and with our key stakeholders.Be a steward of the brand, helping to drive design and message consistency across touchpoints as well as ensure our communications are building credibility in the market and elevating our brand.Qualifications
Experience managing production from start to finish across all channels - including but not limited to TV / video, digital / social, photography, activations.Ability to provide clear, strategically sound feedback.Strong communication, written and presentation skills.Motivates team members and is a positive role model for collaboration and a one-team mentality.Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing and changing goals and priorities. Possesses a self-starter mentality.Has the experience and skill set required to help identify issues and partner with teammates to build better processesPassion for and knowledge of sports industry a plus
The ideal candidate has approximately 6-9 years of experience in an account management role at an agency and / or in a marketing role in-house.
