I am currently working with an established firm in Boston who are actively seeking experienced Audit Professionals to join their team. The firm itself is well known across the Accounting community and has become a cornerstone of Boston's Audit profession. Here are the highlights of the opportunity:

🏦 Company headlines:

• Work within a 35 strong Audit team; providing a white globe level of service to an established base of clients

• Clients mostly in Financial Services, Real Estate, and Life Science industries, as well as other Private companies

• Experience a high level of employee backing and support with great level of resources available to all as well as a hybrid schedule

• Faster-than-average track to partner level with regular promotions and incentives offered to motivate and rewards those who deserve it

📝 Responsibilities

• Involved in the client engagement process to ensure a white glove level of service

• Involved in the whole Audit management process and helping Managers and Senior Managers with their workload and clients, as well as your own

• Aiding the mentoring process of Associate level professionals within the business; helping progress their career as well as reinforce your own knowledge

🧾 Requirements

• 2 Years experience

• Experience working in CPA firms working on external audits

• CPA License or CPA Candidate/Eligible

💰 Salary/Perks:

• Base between $90K - $125K

• Performance Based Bonus

• Health, dental, medical, 401k
