About the Role
As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll play a key role in leading financial statement audits, supervising junior auditors, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in public accounting and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and execute audit engagements for a variety of clients, including government, nonprofit, and private sectors
✔️ Analyze financial statements, assess risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
✔️ Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership
✔️ Stay up to date with industry changes, regulations, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3 years of audit experience in public accounting or a related field
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
🔹 CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting standards
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
