I am currently working with an established firm in Manhattan who are actively seeking Tax Senior's to join their team. In terms of the firm, the headlines are:
- An opportunity to work on some of Manhattans most interesting and exciting clients; ranging from HNW Individuals, Construction, and Real Estate clients 🌟🏗️🏢
- Lower than industry average busy season expectations; maxing out around the 55-hour mark – 25% less than the large firms 🕒
- The firm can offer an unrivalled level of attentiveness and access to both Partners and clients; with skills development at the forefront of any new hire coming into the firm. 🤝
- Alongside this, a quicker than industry average track to Partner is present here; constantly rewarding hard workers with incentives and progression. 🚀
In terms of responsibilities, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Involved in the whole client engagement process, from start to finish, to ensure an exceptional level of client attentiveness 📝
- Involved in the whole Tax management process, which includes but is not limited to preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120s, and 1120c forms 🧾
- Aiding the mentoring process of Associate level professionals within the business 👩🏫👨🏫
In terms of requirements, the ideal candidate will look like:
- 3 Years experience 📅
- Experience preparing tax return forms with experience reviewing an added plus 🧾
- CPA/Candidate/Eligible 📜
