👨🏻‍💻 Role:

Tax Manager

• Tax Expertise and Project Management: Demonstrates proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and supervising tax returns, including complex and advanced issues, while ensuring compliance with filing requirements and deadlines. Engages in tax planning and identifies opportunities for improvement in business returns.

• Technical and Industry Knowledge: Develops expertise in tax-related technical fields and industries, with an active CPA license. Continuously builds knowledge through training, independent learning, and staying updated on professional regulations and publications.

• Client and Team Collaboration: Builds strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, delivers quality tax planning tailored to client needs, and effectively supervises and evaluates team members, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

• Professional Communication and Firm Contributions: Exhibits strong communication skills, navigates firm software efficiently, and contributes to client accounting service projects. Creates tax proposals, manages engagement budgets, and supports firm-wide growth through logical thinking and adherence to procedures.

💰 Package:

• Salary – Up to $180k depending on experience

• No more than 50 billable hours during busy season. Try not to go over 55 hours total each week
