👩🏻‍⚖️ Role: Tax Supervisor

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develops a strong understanding of clients' businesses, builds relationships to gather information, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling services.

• Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Prepares and reviews complex and less complex tax returns, conducts research, drafts tax memos, and resolves engagement and technical issues while documenting work effectively.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervises, trains, and mentors Tax Associates and Seniors, working collaboratively to complete engagements and support administrative projects like revising checklists and engagement letters.

• Business Development & Administration: Assists in identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals and budgets, managing billing and collections, and drafting responses to IRS and state agency audits and notices.

💰 Package:

• Up to $100k salary bonus

🎓 Requirements:

• Reviewing income tax returns and comfortable working with HNW

• Required to be located in Chicagoland
