Job summary
We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work alongside in-house services which include prescribing and clinical, outreach, hospital and adult community and a residential rehabilitation facility.
Main duties of the job
As a Service Administrator, you will : Liaise with Local Authorities on client admissions and following up on outstanding contractsComplete housing / council tax benefit forms for move-on flatsWork with the Residential Service Manager in maintaining quality service standards in line with CQC requirementsSupport the Residential Service Manager and Team Leader in monitoring the bed allocations and keeping the bed planning tools updated at all timesUndertake administrative duties by the running of the residential service (ordering stationery, cleaning and medical supplies, attending various meetings and inputting invoices onto our invoicing system)Work with the facilities team to arrange maintenance work to the buildings and grounds where necessary

We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support at our 17 bed residential rehabilitation facility. Please note that this role is part-time and fixed-term working hours per week over 3 full days, although we can be flexible around the days worked. The expected end date is approximately January 2026.
