What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Group Home Staff position at We Care Behavioral Health, LLC?
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the daily operations at an adult group home for clients with a Severe Disabling Mental Illness. The staff is responsible for monitoring and guiding the residents with their daily activities. The staff is responsible for enhancing the residents social support systems, coaching, teaching and training on the individual treatment plan goals. Staff will be responsible for overseeing meal preparation, chores and daily interaction between residents. Staff is required to file incident reports, attend mandatory training and communicate openly and frequently with upper management.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a drug screen, as well as random drug screens, a thorough criminal background check and cannot have a history of abuse, neglect or exploitation of any person at any age.
Pay:
Pay is $15.00/hr. 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts, Monday-Sunday availability. Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO available to eligible staff.'
