What You'll Do:
Administrative Support & Scheduling:
Coordinate & maintain schedules for MSRs, Safety Team, Member Transportation Specialists, and Care Navigators.
Work with the float pool leader to block staff openings at the Auburn clinic.
Manage meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and track operational tasks.
Maintain up-to-date team rosters, contact lists, and resource documents.
Task & Team Management:
Support the implementation & monitoring of policies & procedures for member services & operations.
Ensure tasks are effectively delegated & progress is tracked across teams.
Collect & analyze data for performance evaluations & process improvements.
Act as a point of contact for team members to resolve scheduling conflicts & operational needs.
Call-Out Management & Communication:
Start early (6:00 AM) to assist with daily operational needs & coordination.
Manage a dedicated work cell to serve as the official call-out line, ensuring absences & scheduling changes are reported efficiently.
Facilitate seamless communication between teams to improve coordination & problem-solving.
Member Support & Experience:
Help resolve member concerns by directing them to the appropriate team or leadership.
Monitor member satisfaction metrics & recommend areas for improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
Knowledge:
Scheduling, administrative coordination, & clinic workflow best practices.
Basic understanding of health insurance & member service operations.
Microsoft Office proficiency & familiarity with scheduling tools or EMR systems.
Skills:
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities – you can juggle multiple tasks like a pro!
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to engage with teams & leadership.
Problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless clinic operations & staff support.
Time management superpower – staying ahead in a fast-paced environment!

Work Environment & Additional Information
This role supports all WCDC locations, including on-site clinics & mobile operations. Travel between locations is expected. ✈️
Early morning availability (6:00 AM start) is required to support operations.
