Key Responsibilities
- Set up electrical service or installation calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential Electric systems.
- Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
- Educate customers about their Electric systems, ensuring they understand the functions and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.
What You Need
- Must be 21 or older.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential Electric services.
- Familiarity with Electric codes and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s license.
