The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide to provide 1 to 1 for home health clients on a part-time basis to start. You will be working in the patient's home, ensuring their safety and comfort while completing or assisting them with a variety of personal tasks. There are also hours available to work in the home health office providing basic office support and completing tasks such as answering phones, scanning patient documents, filing, etc.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing ROM exercises according to the Plan of Care
- Assisting with transfers and ambulation
- Performing personal care activities including bathing, dressing, shaving, oral care, skin care, brief changes, etc
- Household services including Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, transportation , etc
- Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness for the patient
- Maintaining patient physical and emotional integrity while ensuring their overall health is maintained
- Maintaining an environment where the client feels safe and secure
- Providing care and assistance to patients in a calm, safe, and encouraging manner
- Providing effective communication to ensure that the client's needs are met

Requirements :
Current, valid and unencumbered Certified Nurse's Aide Certification.
Current and valid BLS certification with hands-on experience.
