We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Alternate Director of Clinical Services to join our growing team! You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring compliance, mentoring clinical staff, and driving quality patient care. This role offers the flexibility of working in a dynamic leadership setting, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact on both staff and patients.
- Support the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing daily clinical operations and seeing patients
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Mentor and guide field clinicians to enhance patient care delivery
- Assist with staff education and competency evaluations
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Act as a clinical resource for problem-solving and decision-making
