The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be working in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability throughout the night. Nightshift hours are 1900-0700.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube
- Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during your shifts
- Administering ?medications and tube feedings
- Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary
- Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records
- Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family
