The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight care (7p-7a on Monday nights) for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. You will be working in the patients home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability throughout the night.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube
- Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health overnight
- Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as needed
- Administering Medications and Tube Feedings
- Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records
- Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family
