Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess a strong understanding of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and pest control. This role involves applying various treatments and solutions to ensure the health and aesthetics of our clients' property. .
Duties
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to lawns and landscapes according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate and maintain power tools necessary for application tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess the health of plants, lawns, and landscapes.
- Provide recommendations to clients regarding lawn care, pest control, and landscape improvements.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to job sites efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of applications performed, including types of products used and areas treated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to landscape maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, pest control methods, and landscape management.
- Ability to drive safely while transporting equipment and materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining records and schedules.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
