Duties

- Implement behavior management techniques to support residents with specific needs.
- Uphold resident rights by fostering an environment of dignity and respect.
- Lift and transfer residents safely as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to senior care.
