The Job: Maintenance Technician

Your main job is to clean and maintain heat pump systems in customers’ homes and businesses. We’ll train you on everything technical—you just need to bring a strong work ethic and a great attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Traveling to customer locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Cleaning and maintaining heat pump systems (we train you)
• Communicating with customers and our office
• Making sure every job is done thoroughly and professionally
• Keeping track of appointments and staying organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing people who make customers feel at ease
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and reliability
• Ability to work independently but also take direction
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, using ladders)
• A reliable vehicle and a smartphone (this job requires driving)
