Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Part-time with potential for Full-time

Compensation: $25-28/hr starting with regular raises plus profit share, sales commission, and mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities and Duties: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service while providing outstanding technical cleaning services. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting high-quality technical cleanings at various customer locations

Communicating effectively with customers and our office to ensure exceptional service

Arriving punctually for appointments and providing outstanding customer care throughout the process

Performing technical cleanings of both indoor and outdoor units, leaving homes and commercial spaces in pristine condition

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals who embody the spirit of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

The ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Physical ability to lift and handle 40 lbs carefully and use ladders safely

You must have a reliable vehicle and smart phone for transportation and communication.
