We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development with expertise in cultivating new business opportunities within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building, effective communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs. As the VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, maximizing customer lifetime value, and driving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on expanding revenue streams from current customers.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts with significant growth potential, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning our solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions that resonate with existing customers.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
