- Support clients in mobility and transportation, including driving to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks in various settings including long-term care facilities, assisted living homes, personal care homes, or group homes.
Skills
- Strong ability to drive safely and assist clients with transportation needs.
