The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the equipment design team to meet company objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment design and development processes.
- Leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement new equipment solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all equipment meets our quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining and improving our existing equipment to increase efficiency and productivity.
You will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in project management.
