As we grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Marketer with healthcare marketing experience to expand our brand awareness, build relationships with referral partners, and generate new leads.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, personable, and results-driven with strong networking skills.
Position Overview
The Part-Time Marketer will be responsible for community outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building with key referral sources. This includes independent living facilities, senior apartments, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers.
Additionally, the marketer will maintain regular communication with the leadership team and attend monthly team meetings to provide updates on outreach efforts and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Building (60%)
- Establish and maintain relationships with independent living facilities, senior apartments, hospitals, case managers, social workers, and assisted living communities.
- Attend health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community meetings to promote We Empower Home Care.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with referral sources to educate them on our services.
- Distribute marketing materials and conduct follow-ups to strengthen partnerships.
Marketing & Lead Generation (30%)
- Implement marketing strategies to attract private pay and Medicaid waiver clients.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics and provide reports on marketing performance.
Communication & Team Collaboration (10%)
- Attend monthly team meetings to provide updates on outreach efforts and marketing results.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding marketing activities, lead generation, and referral progress.
- Document outreach efforts and submit weekly progress reports.
Qualifications
✔ 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare sales (home care, home health, or senior care experience preferred).
✔ Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with referral partners and community organizations.
✔ Ability to work independently while staying engaged with the team.
✔ Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing is a plus.
✔ Reliable transportation for in-person networking and outreach.
Compensation & Benefits
�� $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
