We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Order Picker South in our Pewaukee, Wisconsin location.
Job Summary
Fulfill Company orders for materials as directed by Management and/or employees responsible for work distribution. Physically picks inventory from designated storage locations and restocks material to ensure accurate and timely delivery of warehouse products. Ensure clean and orderly warehouse premises. Review and complete all necessary paperwork accurately. Utilize the inventory system to perform all essential functions. Ensure all work procedures and safety practices are followed.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfil customer orders from storage locations as directed from company systems, warehouse personnel or management. Pack, palletize, label, stage and ship orders as directed.
- Restock picking locations as needed. Put materials away as needed. Define primary and secondary picking locations as needed. Report all inventory discrepancies when found to appropriate personnel. Complete all necessary system transactions. Use systems to support put-away and restocking processes noted above. Operate material handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Deliver Orders, mail or any other materials between all locations in which materials are used. Deliver mail and packages to local company buildings, post office, and other locations as requested. Maintain courier truck in clean, safe condition. Perform miscellaneous duties in mail room including sorting and bagging mail. Operate material handling equipment or vehicles and ensure safety regulations are followed.
Minimum Experience Required
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s requirements for driving.
- Candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to perform the physical functions of the position by completing a Physical Capacity Evaluation.

Minimum Posting Range: $19.30
Maximum Posting Range: $32.19
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
