We are looking to grow our business and focus on developing our bath remodeling brand. We operate 2 separate brands under one umbrella which will allow you to maximize earnings and learn how to sell in the process.
Experience is not necessary. Only thing that we need is a willingness to learn and to be coachable, everything is tracked so that we can help you reach your goals.
We provide paid training so you get to learn how to sell and be effective… all on our dime.

Our proven bath remodeling system can supply clients with a new shower in as little as one day. We carry different styles and offerings to help make our clients happy.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by making outbound calls to potential clients
- Conduct warm calling to engage prospects and introduce our products/services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Familiarity with technical sales and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Experience in warm calling techniques to engage potential clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads and track progress
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus
