The National Sales Center Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of insurance producers in a high-volume sales environment. This role involves managing the daily operations of the sales center, providing coaching and guidance to the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and driving sales targets. The National Sales Center Supervisor plays a pivotal role in achieving sales goals, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Reasoning Ability
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Computer Technical Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Internet browser applications. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine, and calculator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of insurance producers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, performance goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular performance reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead Management: Oversee the distribution and management of incoming leads to insurance producers. Ensure leads are assigned promptly, track lead conversion rates, and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion. Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to drive lead quality and quantity.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools. Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to leverage technology solutions and automate manual processes.
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide ongoing product training to the sales team to ensure comprehensive knowledge and effective sales pitches.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions. Provide accurate and timely sales performance data to management. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges to guide sales strategies and resource allocation.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a customer-centric approach within the sales team. Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, professionalism, and ethical sales practices. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, company policies, and sales practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary training and processes to maintain compliance.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, underwriting, customer service, and claims, to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and insurance carriers to optimize sales opportunities and support business growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance sales.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance industry or a high-volume sales setting.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and underwriting guidelines.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales team performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in salesforce automation tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
