While collaboration is important, much of your work will involve independently managing tasks and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Email and Phone Management: Monitor and organize emails, respond promptly to client inquiries, professionally handle incoming calls, and track follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate client appointments, and notify the team of upcoming deadlines.
Transaction Management
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize contracts, disclosures, and other transaction documents with precision.
- Weekly Seller Updates: Compile showing feedback, market data, and progress updates for clients.
Client Care
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for client appreciation events, including venue booking, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
System and Process Support
- Maintain and Improve Workflows: Follow established checklists while identifying opportunities to streamline tasks.
- Operations Manual Updates: Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and maintain an updated manual.
Team Collaboration (Future Focus)
- Support Team Members: Assist agents with scheduling, shared workflows, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate Team Resources: Manage shared tools, such as transaction timelines and templates, ensuring consistency.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Boise, Idaho. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
