Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Pricing Analyst at We Lend. The role is located in Queens, NY, with the possibility of some work from home. The Loan Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, communicating pricing strategies, managing finance-related tasks, supporting sales efforts, and conducting data analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Loan Analysis & Underwriting : Review and analyze mortgage loan applications, including financial statements, property appraisals, credit reports, and other related documentation.
- Financial Modeling : Prepare and analyze financial models to assess the feasibility of loan requests, ensuring that all criteria align with the company’s lending policies.
- Risk Assessment : Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with each loan application, including credit risk, market conditions, and borrower ability to repay.
- Loan Documentation : Assist in the preparation and organization of loan documentation and ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Communication : Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, and internal departments to gather necessary information, answer questions, and provide timely updates on loan application status.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, real estate values, and regulatory changes that could impact the commercial mortgage industry.
- Reporting : Prepare and present loan analysis reports for senior management and assist in loan approval processes.
