Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Therapist role at We Level Up in Lake Worth, FL. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy, counseling, and support to individuals seeking mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD)
- Experience in individual and group therapy sessions
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and commitment to helping others improve their mental health
