- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications
Experience with software: Get Jobber - Dispatch software
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and management.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
