**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a sales environment, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership profitability and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and enthusiasm among the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Compensation Package:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
