We are assisting our client in identifying top talent for their Chicago-based financial firm. We are seeking a forward-thinking remote based (U.S. only) Business Analyst with a strong focus on AI and emerging technologies, who can help bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. This role requires moderate Salesforce skills (certification preferred), combined with experience or accreditation in machine learning and AI tools such as ChatGPT. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, innovative, and capable of driving intelligent automation and AI-powered process enhancements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and process optimization.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, machine learning models, etc.) into business processes and platforms, including Salesforce.
- Work with cross-functional teams to map out technical feasibility and business value of proposed AI use cases.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to incorporate intelligent features (e.g., AI-powered chatbots, predictive insights) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and data mappings for AI and Salesforce integrations.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and post-deployment support for AI-enabled features and enhancements.
- Stay current on AI trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with recent work in AI/ML-focused initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, workflows, and integration capabilities (Salesforce Administrator certification a plus).
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Azure/OpenAI, or similar LLM-based services.
- Experience working with machine learning models, including natural language processing or predictive analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
