We-R-Toys (WRT) is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer and buyer of vintage and modern collectible toys. Founded in 2012, the business has grown from a home basement startup to occupying 12,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. To accommodate anticipated growth, an Executive Assistant to the CEO role has been created to help position the company for its next phase of expansion.
Responsibilities:

Coordinating the acquisition of vintage toy collections by managing communications between WRT and sellers

- Assisting the E-Commerce Director and CEO with executing marketing initiatives
- Working with graphic designers and marketing vendors to produce images, emails, signs and other marketing materials
- Updating website and social media accounts with new images as needed

- Hiring hourly-paid employees as directed by the CEO
- Providing onboarding support to new employees
- Maintaining and improving systems and processes to maximize efficiency
Responsibilties will grow as the business expands, and as the employee’s experience and knowledge of our business increases.
Qualifications:
- Customer relationship management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, including inbound voicemail and email, as well as business directives
- Plan and organize time ensuring all tasks are completed by deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to solve problems and think critically independent of instructions
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
- Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace new and necessary software applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate with sense of urgency
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Trustworthy, ethical, and skilled with maintaining professional boundaries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
