What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent - Zillow Flex Division position at WE'RE Real Estate?

Since inception, we have been able to maintain one of the highest conversion rates and we are in need of qualified agents to help with an influx of business in both of our locations.
If you're looking to increase your production in 2024, we are here to help! Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you can handle a high volume of business, WE’RE is the place for you. Our agents are consistently opening 2-3 transactions a month, sometimes within their first 30-60 days, through our company-provided leads. In 2023 WE'RE Real Estate successfully closed over 350 transactions resulting in over $240m volume, more than half of which came directly from our online lead sources! (Zillow Partner, Open Door, Home Light, etc.)
What is Zillow Flex?
Zillow Flex is a program offered by Zillow, designed to connect real estate agents with high-quality leads. Instead of paying upfront for leads, agents pay a success fee to Zillow when they close a deal with a buyer or seller sourced through the Flex program. Key features include:
No Upfront Costs : Agents pay Zillow only when a transaction is completed.
High-Quality Leads : Zillow Flex provides vetted and ready-to-transact leads,
aiming to increase the conversion rates for agents.
Performance-Based : The program incentivizes agents to focus on closing deals,
as payment is tied to successful transactions.
Support and Tools : Zillow Flex often includes access to various tools and
resources to help agents manage and convert leads effectively.
Exclusive Markets : It is available in select markets and often requires an
application and approval process to join.
