This includes maintaining a positive work environment, achieving sales levels and financial profitability, promoting the restaurant within the building and community, cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment, and ensuring that food is properly stored and inventory is maintained.

You will be responsible for managing cash controls, maintaining physical control over inventory, and complying with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for promoting the restaurant within the building and community, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
