We Recruite is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bilingual (English / Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant to join a dynamic and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and internal teams to help achieve the best possible outcomes for personal injury cases.

About the Role :

Support the Case Manager in managing cases effectively. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Ensure all medical bills, treatment records, and reports are updated and accurately filed. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, insurance companies, and medical providers via email and fax. Collaborate with case managers, pre-litigation departments, and lien negotiators to advance case progress.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Case Manager in managing cases effectively.

Qualifications :

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). 1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant, preferably in personal injury law. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Effective verbal and written communication skills. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
