Support the Case Manager in managing cases effectively. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Ensure all medical bills, treatment records, and reports are updated and accurately filed. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, insurance companies, and medical providers via email and fax. Collaborate with case managers, pre-litigation departments, and lien negotiators to advance case progress.
