As a Restoration Operational Manager, you will oversee and lead projects, making sure each job is executed flawlessly. You’ll lead a team of restoration professionals committed to the same high standards, and together, you will set the industry standard for quality and customer satisfaction. You will be working with the owners whom are on the IICRC board of standard writing, providing you the opportunity to have an influence on the industry as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of restoration projects, ensuring everything is executed with the highest level of precision, quality, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Your expertise will guide these relationships and foster long-term trust.
• Lead a team of skilled professionals, including subcontractors, ensuring every aspect of the project meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency, while maximizing project profitability.
• Elevate the client experience: Your ability to handle customer relationships with empathy and professionalism will ensure that our reputation remains second to none.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven industry experience: At least 3 years in the restoration industry and 1 years in management or supervision roles.
• Strong leadership skills: You are not just a manager; you’re a mentor who inspires, teaches, and motivates those around you.
• Commitment to excellence: You have a track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations in every project you touch.
• Customer-focused: You understand that at the end of the day, it’s all about the client’s satisfaction and trust in our services.
• IICRC certification is a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check (as required by law).
