Are you a strategic financial leader with experience in commercial construction? Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced CFO to drive financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, and financial performance tracking across multiple commercial construction projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous CFO (or senior finance leadership) experience in the construction or geotechnical industries.
- Proficient with Foundation Software and HCSS – hands-on experience required.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost controls, and construction finance best practices.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with operations teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
Compensation:
